$DMS if you have time, would recommend you give this new interview with CEO Joe M of DMS a listen. The two pieces I found most interesting are when he says the company will probably do around 500 million in revenue this year, which would be about 20% organic growth over 2021. He also mentions the company now has over 700 employees, which is up from 600 reported at the end of Q3 in latest ER. Nice to see this. This interview was just done in 2022 so very up to date - he seems very calm and confident. https://t.co/8YuvAg6tXm

$DMS you guys want some interesting reading check out me getting taught over on the iea thread. I’ve got a warrant position there much smaller than dms Klr and Bmtx but they announced a warrant buyback to clean up their capital structure nbd right? Wrong. Fine print says that once they have 65% of the outstanding warrants they can basically change the strike price to $1m making them worthless. They’re spending 25m to buy them back and could have it done by March I’d guess making any remaining warrants worthless I wouldn’t be surprised if our prospectus for dms contains th same language but would have to check. Maybe that comes out as part of the strategic review even though we have float issues with dms. Just a heads up because I haven’t seen this before.

$DMS Luis Ruelas is a co-founder of DMS and still has substantial ownership. His fiance is Teresa Guidance who is some TV star on some Housewives tv show. She has 2.2 million followers on Instagram. I never knew this before surprisingly. Can't she start pumping this lol? Ruelas better get this stock up or else he won't be able to afford this gal hahahah

$DMS Looking forward to preliminary Q4 results next week (hopefully). Historically speaking, we should be getting them pretty soon. Perhaps that will actually lead to something meaningful

$DMS Anyone know off hand the share ownership split between Management, Leo, and Clairvest? My worry is those three own nearly the entire company and obviously hold all the influence. If they were to strike a deal say at $7-8 and all three are able to roll 100% of their equity, then really they would be indifferent in terms of what price the company gets taken out at because they are rolling.

$DMS If the strategic review was started officially in August (banker pitches were likely in July, GS officially under engagement letter by mid Aug), that means teasers likely went out after Labor Day, info distributed to buyers in September/October, with preliminary bids then received in early to mid October - likely then means 45-60 days of diligence to get to final bids and negotiations end of year or early this year to get to an executed purchase agreement. We should have an update on the process hopefully this month.

$DMS I imagine nothing exciting will happen here in January until any potential M&A announcement or Q4 unaudited earnings are released (neither of which are guaranteed to happen). I would be surprised if they don’t release unaudited earnings this month though.

$DMS $4.08 would make an inverted head and shoulders. Looking to load up on the confirmation after the low. So probably won't get low $4's but if the pattern plays out could get in in mid $4s, with a multiweek target of $6-7.

$DMS did some analysis and found out the stock turned only 0.37x during all of 2020 (Total annual volume / shares outstanding) An average company should expect their stock to turn 3-5x over the course of a year

$DMS from $4.76 to $4.90 with a market buy order of 1k shares. Couple that with 16k volume yesterday. It's basically impossible to enter or exit with a large position here without completely changing the price. Hopefully @JerryTrades is right about seeing a dip to ~$4 and having the inverted head and shoulders lead to some increased volume and a notable upward momentum to push near the $7 mark. Based on technicals alone, it will be hard to cross $7 without some pretty remarkable consolidation. Of course, some news could change that. Perhaps a strong Q4 preliminary result or perhaps news of a buyout/merger or both could lead us back to $10+ relatively soon. If that happens though, I see little reason to sell because momentum will be very strong.

$DMS IHS potential on the pullback
JerryTrades posted at 2022-01-04T04:41:05Z
$DMS my last thoughts.... a breakout over $5 will likely lead nowhere if volume doesnt pop to a relative high. Keep that in mind. I'm of the mind that I want to see the inverted head and shoulders. That would be an ideal entry for me
JerryTrades posted at 2022-01-04T04:37:00Z
$DMS Ultimately this company seems to be going places. Look at the insane margins and revenue growth. As a trader, I need to ensure a winning position EACH and EVERY time. So no blind buy ins because the company is good. I have my parameters for entry set. GLTA.
JerryTrades posted at 2022-01-04T04:35:18Z
$DMS so I think a pullback is due here to retest the low $4's. We might see a stop loss raid down to the high $3's. We shall see. But I'm not ready to take a position here with this setup. A break over $5 and I'll buy the pullback or a dip to low $4's, high $3's and I'm game to buy the support retest. In fact a dip to $4.08 would form an inverted head and shoulders here on the daily. That should set off some alerts on screeners and prop up the volume, helping setoff a run that can break this downtrend and get above the cloud.
JerryTrades posted at 2022-01-04T04:30:26Z
$DMS Weekly chart shows the need for more accumulation. I would like to see the price pull back to $3.65 level for an entry. There's nothing outstanding in terms of volume on the bounce the last couple of weeks

$DMS that's a nice monthly chart setup
Leoeites posted at 2022-01-02T14:58:34Z
$DMS Another way to look at how undervalued DMS is relative to its peers is by looking at gross profit. Quinstreet for full year 2021 reported gross profit of $70.5M and has a market cap of 1 Billion. DMS will report $127.2M in gross profit and has an EV of $500M. The issue with DMS is there operating expenses are too high but that's a much better problem to have than having issues with gross profit which is essentially the core of the business. DMS has too many executives, just take a look at their team website. So many overlapping roles. If they can get their operating expenses back to even just 2020 levels, they will be in excellent shape. They did announce an $8.4 M cost reduction initiative that will be implemented by year end so that will help. But DMS also has higher growth and higher TAM than Quinstreet so it makes sense they are investing somewhat higher in OPEX.
JerryTrades posted at 2022-01-02T01:18:11Z
$DMS only shitty thing here is the high debt load and poor Debt to equity ratio. This company would be doing everyone a favor if they pumped the SP to $10+ and did an offering to pay off all their debt. Not all offerings are bad. They only got 61.89 million shares out. Adding 20-40 million shares would only hurt in the very near term. I'll invest here. I do think a major pump will come and an offering. Why? Because it makes sense to do so. Pay off debt, reduce operating costs.
